This fall four Grandview Heights High School Seniors committed to continuing their sport at the college level upon graduation.  Congratulations to Joey Bertani, Claire Bower, Hallie Georskey, and Luke Lachey.

 

According to Athletic Director Brad Bertani, "The theme that runs through all of these young people’s stories is hard work.  Their achievements are not made by just showing up.  They are a reflection of many, many hours of work put into their respective sports.  These four student-athletes are great examples for all of our younger student-athletes and what can happen for them if they put in the work and have great attitudes. We are truly fortunate to have been able to watch them for four years.  They have given Grandview Heights High School athletics their all and we are very excited to follow their progress on their college teams."

• MSL – OH 1stTeam 2019. Lineman of the Year in the League.

• State – 3rdTeam 2018 and 1stTeam 2019
• Academic All-Ohio -2019
• Team – Tad Weed Special Teams Award in 2017. Also, 2 time Lineman of the Year.
• 4 year Academic All League
