Sealed bids will be received by Grandview Heights City Schools until 3:30 pm, local time, on May 22, 2015, at the Treasurer's Office, 1587 West 3rd Ave, Columbus OH 43212, and opened and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the Fitness Center Project at the high school building, as described in the Contract Documents. Bids are requested for multiple contracts for work to renovate existing space and add SF to the space (construction cost estimate = $125,000).
Direct all questions to Hanlin-Rainaldi Estimating Department (614.436.4204), which will also provide copies of the Project Manual at no cost electronically upon request. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Inspection of the space is to be coordinated with Brett Bradley (614.485.4007) or Jeff Stevens (614.436.4204) and must be after school hours.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier’s check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility.
