On Saturday, January 23, 2016, the Larson Middle School seventh and eighth grade Power of the Pen teams competed in district competition held at Baldwin Road Junior High School in Reynoldsburg.  Both teams placed second overall in the competition that included 20 teams. 

 

The seventh grade team took the top three prizes in individual competition. Kit Stephens, placed first; Ellie Kahle, placed second, and Lydia Robertson placed third.  As well, eighth grader Ava Rehbeck earned second place.  Students who qualified will be moving on to regional competition in March.
