Grandview Heights High School hosted its annual Academic Honors, Scholarship Awards, and Academic Signing Ceremonies on April 18 and 26, 2017.

To achieve academic honors, students must attain the following grade point averages: 3.5 (seniors); 3.6 (juniors); 3.8 (sophomores); and 4.0 (freshmen).  Graduating seniors also have the opportunity to apply for 36 local scholarships, totaling an estimated $80,000.  The Academic Signing Ceremony honors seniors who have earned at least a $5,000/year scholarship for four years of college and each student speaks regarding their college choice and is given the opportunity to thank those who have inspired them.
