On Sunday, May 28, 2017, at 3 p.m. Grandview Heights High School will host its 102nd Commencement Ceremony in the high school auditorium located at 1587 West Third Avenue.  Tickets are required for admission and lot and on-street parking is available.  The 102nd class boasts 88 graduating seniors.

 

The commencement speaker is Dr. Christine Corbett Moran, Ph.D. and GHHS graduate.  Dr. Moran holds a B.S. in Physics, a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering, and minors in Mathematics and Philosophy from MIT.  She holds Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Astrophysics from the University of Zurich.  She currently works as an NSF Astronomy and Astrophysics Postdoctoral Fellow at Caltech, focusing on simulations of supermassive black holes formation.
