Sealed bids will be received by Grandview Heights Schools until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, June 19, 2017, at the Facility Office, 1587 West Third Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43212, and open and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the installation of two (2 each) new HVAC RTU, coordinate with roof patch, include all mechanical piping and electrical for a complete installation. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
