At the Thursday, August 3, 2017, Community Engagement Meeting #7, Superintendent Andy Culp invited attendees to complete an Exit Ticket before leaving. The Exit Ticket questions were specific to the information presented at the meeting. Attendees responded to the following questions:
- As a community member what additional information do you need about this potential plan to renovate Stevenson Elementary, build a new 4-8 building, and renovate Grandview Heights High School?
- What excites you about this plan? (e.g, LEED Siler certified, ADA standards to 2017, flexible space, safety)
- What is challenging about this plan? (e.g., state funding options, millage rates)
- What questions do you have that were not answered? (Please provide an email address so that we may respond directly to you with an answer.)
- What should the district consider in building a new 4-8 school building?
- What feedback do you have about the proposed K-12 Athletic Complex improvements?
The Exit Ticket feedback is attached below. Exit Tickets provide the district valuable feedback that is helping to shape the Facility Planning Process based on the opinions and values of the community.
Superintendent Andy Culp will make a final recommendation to the Board of Education at its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at 7 p.m. in the Brotherhood of Rooks Media Center located in the Grandview Heights High School.
