The Third Annual Halloween Writing Contest has announced this year's winning entries. Congratulations to Abby Palmisciano, Betsy Albright, Carrie Furbee, Colin Parker, Adam Ellis, and Kendal Ritchey for writing the winning entries in this year's Halloween Writing Contest. Judges spent hours reading 30+ entries for the Third Annual Grandview Heights Schools' Halloween Writing Contest.
