For the fourth straight year, the state of Ohio is offering a three-day sales tax holiday to help residents save money on back-to- school purchases. The holiday runs Friday thru Sunday, August 3-5.  The following items will be exempt from sales and use tax: clothing priced at $75 per item or less; school supplies priced at $20 per item or less; and school instructional material priced at $20 per item or less.
